We make our truffles in small batches to ensure freshness. Most truffles on the market are made with shortening and last for a very long time. A truly great truffle is made from real heavy cream and rich butter, but like all things that are really worth having, they do not last long. Kept cool, our truffles last a week before their flavor starts to diminish. So, eat them! Relish them! Perfect as wedding favors and available in small individual gift boxes or ready for trays - choose your own variety! As always, the chocolate is 100% organic & fair trade.
