Cocoa butter is the pure fat of the roasted cocoa bean. Real cocoa butter, not hydrogenated vegetable oils, is yellow, not white. When melted, it looks almost orange. When solidified, it has a creamy appearance. Not usually sold retail. Used for adjusting the fluidity of melted chocolate or for organic soaps & lotions. Fair Trade/Organic.
